The Customer Advisory Board mission is to provide Quest leadership with guidance and support on issues critical to Quest, delivering value to the current and future community of organizations that depend on Foglight.

Member Name: Bruce Harbour Title: Executive, Integrated Application Support Company: Telkom SA Company Headquarters: Pretoria, South Africa Scope of Responsibility: Bruce is primarily responsible for the support of production & non-production applications. He also has some software development responsibilities as well as performance testing and software performance assurance.

Member Name: Juergen Janovsky Title: Head of Service Management Provisioning Company: Vodafone D2 GmbH, Germany Company Headquarters: Dusseldorf, Germany Scope of Responsibility: Juergen runs the 1st-Level and 2nd-Level Application Operation and assures stability, robustness and performance for online CC&B applications with the focus on Order Processing mechanism (e.e. PoS-IT Applications).

Member Name: Roman Lys Title: Director of Performance and Capacity Management Company: Bank of Nova Scotia Company Headquarters: Toronto, Ontario, Canada  Scope of Responsibility: Roman heads up a new group formed in 2008 to provide a more holistic approach to managing the performance of our application and infrastructure for key business platforms. The group's focus includes the mainframe and distributed mid-tier platform.  Roman manages SLA compliance for Sales and Service processing across 1,100 branches in Canada, and other critical applications around the world.

Member Name: Greg Monn Title: Director of Capital Projects Company: Benefitfocus Company Headquarters: Charleston, South Carolina USA Scope of Responsibility: Greg's current responsibilities include capital expense management, software and hardware support, and maintenance and software compliance management. Previous responsibilities included the set-up and installation of continuous integration build tools, automated QA, operational tool improvements and monitoring solutions for production environments. Member Name: Daran Simpson Title: Director of IT Service Support Company: Shaw Communications Company Headquarters: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Scope of Responsibility:  Daran Simpson leads a team that is accountable for the support of Shaw’s critical core application platforms, which includes Billing, Rating, Mediation, Provisioning, Web and Order Entry.  Daran brings over 11 years of service management experience in the technology and telecommunications sector.
